– Payments must be made in full upon service completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.

– We reserve the right to cancel bookings for non-payment or if a customer breaches these terms.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

– Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

– Late cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the service cost.

– We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to staff illness, emergencies, or weather.

4. Customer Responsibilities

– Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.

– Inform us of any hazardous materials, sensitive items, or areas that should not be cleaned.

– Pets must be secured if staff are present.

5. Damage & Liability

We take great care in providing our services. In the rare event of damage, please report it within 24 hours.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the affected service or item, and we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
